Delete your account

You can delete your GameOn! account, and all the personal data tied to it, at any time. GameOn! is a multi-sport match-reminder app published by Muji Lab.
The short version
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. Your account and everything attached to it are erased immediately and permanently. No longer have the app? Email us and we'll do it for you.
1. Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest way and removes everything right away:
- Open GameOn! and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.
2. Don't have the app installed?
Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and delete your account and data promptly, and in all cases within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
Deleting your account erases all the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Your account (email address and the identifier from your Google sign-in).
- The teams and athletes you follow.
- Your reminder timings and preferences (language, theme).
- Your device notification tokens.
- The link between your account and your subscription status.
The data is removed from our live systems immediately and purged from backups on a short rolling schedule afterwards. Nothing is retained for marketing, and we do not sell or share your data.
4. About your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund an active GameOn! Plus subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us. To stop billing, cancel the subscription from the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
